VBS 2026: Stepping Right Up to Show God’s Love!

It was four days of fun games and dances, engaging messages, and carnival-themed activities for Pre-Nursery to Grade 6 students at the return of MGC New Life Christian Academy’s (MGCNLCA) Vacation Bible School (VBS), held from May 12 to 15 in the MGCNLCA campus.

Themed “Step Right Up!” VBS 2026 was guided by the verse Matthew 11:28 with its theme messages and lessons, arts and crafts, and games showcasing the wonders of God’s love and how to love one another. 

To culminate the event, a festive carnival was held in the school gymnasium, featuring game booths decorated with streamers and food stalls for participants to enjoy. Inflatables and performers also helped make the event more memorable.

Grade 4 and 6 parent Aimee Lyn Chua shared, “It was our first time to experience [VBS], making it very new to my family, but it makes me happy to see my kids really [enjoy] attending and learning new Bible verses.” 

“I hoped that through this year’s VBS, our participants experienced more than just fun and treats. Above all, I prayed that they came to know and receive Jesus as their Savior, and that their hearts continue to be deeply touched by His love,” concluded VBS 2026 Director Maria Camille Bago.
